Premises Manager – Permanent - 25hpw Term Time Only, plus 4 weeks working in school holidays

PREMISES MANAGER (Part Time) – Permanent
25 hours per week to work term time plus 4 weeks in the school

Salary Band 8 scale points 22-25 (£12,455.22 - £13,660.06)

Hours
Monday to Friday
Week 1 - 07:30 to 12:30
Week 2 - 12:00 to 17:00

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible individual to supervise our site team. As Premises Manager you will have day-to-day responsibility for managing the site in line with agreed service levels. We are looking for someone who has supervisory or management experience together with experience of facilities management or maintenance, ideally with experience of Health and Safety.

MSA – to care for students with special needs

Midday Supervisory Assistant (3 posts available) - 5 hours per week (Term Time Only)

Salary – Band 3 (£1,439.31 to £1,725.23 per year)

We require 3 Midday Supervisors to supervise and care for pupils with special needs. The hours are 12.20pm - 1.20pm. The candidate would be required to supervise the pupil during lunch, and out on the playground. Training and support can be given.
